Join us sundays at 10:30 am

What to Expect

Sunday mornings are the hub of our life together at One City Church.

We begin with a time of fellowship starting at 9:50 am, where people enjoy coffee together before our service starts at 10:30 am.

During the service (which typically lasts 90 minutes), we will sing, pray, fellowship, hear Scripture read, and are challenged with a biblical sermon.

As for children, younger ones (ages 2-4) can be dropped off at the nursery upon arrival. The older ones (ages 5-10) will sing with their parents in "big church" before being dismissed to their own class.

We hope that you will find your visit with us joyful and encouraging in your journey of faith in Christ.

Parking:

There is a parking lot behind the church (accessed from E. Madison St), as well as on-the-street parking along Walnut Street.

Accessibility:

The main entrance (Walnut Street) is wheelchair accessible, and there are several handicapped parking spots in the parking lot.

Fellowship:

This is a key aspect of who we are at OCC. Starting at 9:45 am, there is a "Coffee Hour" in the downstairs fellowship hall. There is also typically a time set aside during the service to connect with new guests and others. After the service, many people linger to connect with one another before heading out.

Attire:

One City Church is quite relaxed when it comes to dress. You will be warmly welcomed, whether you are dressed casually or wearing a coat and tie!
